Pay Range (based on experience): $3.63/hour + tips

Job Summary: We are hiring immediately for full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine-in bartenders. Our bartenders are core team members of the scratch kitchen restaurant, expected to demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
Prepare and execute P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
Operate and clean bar equipment; assist in inventories and restocking alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Understand restaurant seating layout and table divisions to assist in food delivery.
Partner with the hospitality service team to ensure guests have everything they need.
Learn to set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to company specifications.
Follow company procedures for responsible alcoholic service.

Job Requirements:

Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
Ability to maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures.
Possess or be able to obtain a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
