The Bartender combines enthusiasm, attention to detail, and knowledge of our evolving food and beverage program. You are responsible for creating a unique, personal experience for each guest by making personal connections and maintaining a positive attitude that encourages repeat visits.
Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to proactively inform guests and invite them back.
- Take orders, prepare and serve beverages, sell food, and build repeat clientele.
- Follow service time and guidelines while engaging guests and personalizing their experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members, management, and serving representatives to ensure effective customer flow.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers.
- Provide suggestions and proposals to management to help grow the business.
- Participate in cross-training and perform mandatory cleaning duties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Knowledge of commonly ordered drinks and ability to make recommendations.
- Skill in time management, organization, and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
- Basic knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Reliability and adherence to schedules.
- Ability to maintain a high pace and intensity for extended periods.
- Appreciation for soccer is a plus.
