Title: Bartender

The Winchester, Hancock, Donkey Taqueria, and All In Catering form a dynamic restaurant group located in the Uptown neighborhood on Wealthy Street. We pride ourselves on great food, authentic hospitality, innovative food and beverage offerings, and exceptional customer service in a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee bar operations during your shift
- Provide extraordinary customer service in all business volumes
- Seize salesmanship opportunities with each guest interaction
- Be a menu expert and educate guests effectively on bar and food menus
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Prepare cocktails to specifications with efficient time management
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area during service
- Assist with prep, monitor waste, and manage product inventory
- Complete checklists to ensure compliance with food and beverage safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years current bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail oriented with a positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude
- Must be or willing to become TIPS certified (or equivalent), understanding responsible alcohol service and local compliance
- Professional and ethical approach to guest service
Reports To: General Manager Pay: Hourly plus tips Hours: Part-time and full-time available
