Title: Bartender

Join Our Team! The Winchester, Hancock, Donkey Taqueria, and All In Catering form a dynamic restaurant group.

Pay: Hourly + Tips

Responsibilities:

Oversee bar operations during catering shifts and events.
Provide extraordinary customer service during all business volumes.
Communicate clearly with catering leads and team members to ensure smooth event flow.
Execute drink service with consistency, speed, and attention to detail in presentation.
Maintain a clean, clutter-free bar area at all times (including wiping down surfaces, managing glassware, and controlling trash).
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting bar equipment and supplies as needed.
Support overall event execution by stepping in where needed beyond the bar to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age.
Build cocktails to specification with effective time management.
Complete checklists to ensure compliance with all food and beverage safety standards.

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills to manage restaurant needs.
Detail-oriented.
Positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude.
Must be, or willing to become, TIPS certified (or equivalent), with a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local regulations.
Effective communication skills to inspire and maintain consistency and excellence.
Commitment to a professional and ethical approach to guest services.

Reports To: General Manager Hours: Part Time and Full Time
