Job Summary: We are seeking a Barback to join our team. In this role, you will help open and close the bar and perform essential tasks to keep the bar running smoothly, such as restocking supplies and preparing garnishes. Your goal is to ensure patrons have an excellent experience and want to return.
Responsibilities:
- Keep tables, counters, bars, and other surfaces clean
- Restock supplies as needed
- Bus tables
- Prepare cocktail garnishes and other ingredients
- Replace beer kegs and empty liquor bottles
- Take out the trash
- Assist bartenders as requested
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Mixology or hospitality certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items preferred
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Available to work nights and weekends
