Job Summary: We are seeking a competent individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Bartender. Responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks, providing professional food service, maintaining accurate inventory and breakage records, and fulfilling opening, ongoing, and closing duties. The goal is to deliver positive, professional, and courteous service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve guests within one minute of arrival, upsell products, and serve beverages responsibly and within legal guidelines
- Present accurate guest checks
- Perform all side work duties including opening, ongoing, and closing tasks
- Complete special cleaning duties as assigned
- Stay informed about current casino and restaurant promotions
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of Michigan Liquor Control Commission laws required
Compensation: Annual average hourly tip rate is $21.06 per hour (tip rates included in total compensation).
Shift: Hours will vary.
