PT Bartender - Outlet & Banquets
What you will be doing:
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies, including the preparation of daily requisitions as necessary.
- Be familiar with various types of liquor, drink recipes, prices, proper glassware, and garnishes.
- Accurately handle cash transactions, including applying discounts, using MICROS system (or registers), following bank procedures, and managing tip policies.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all guests, and maintain positive guest relations.
- Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Complete formal training regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Strong work ethic and self-initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Enjoy working as part of a team dedicated to providing great guest experiences.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and occasionally lift 10–25 pounds as needed.
- Visual and auditory abilities to operate equipment, read screens and printed materials, and participate in conversations.

Responsibilities:
