As a Bartender, you’ll craft exceptional cocktails while engaging a diverse range of guests—from business professionals and sports fans to families and groups enjoying a night out. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing great conversations with efficient service, attention to detail, and maintaining a clean, organized bar. Your energy, personality, and professionalism will set the tone for an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Craft exceptional cocktails and take accurate orders
- Provide memorable guest service and answer questions about the menu
- Collaborate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Offer suggestions and personalize guest experiences
- Process payments efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours
- Neat appearance following uniform and grooming guidelines
- In-depth knowledge of customer service and food & beverage operations
