Job Description

Bartender Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Follow steps of service for taking and serving orders
- Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer guest questions
- Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails according to Beef's recipes
- Present guest checks and process payments
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized bar station and service areas
- Complete duties independently
Bartender Requirements:
- Minimum age 18 or older, per state and local laws
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
- Competent in operating POS and beverage equipment
- Able to stand continuously, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
