Job Description
Title: Bartender
We are seeking a Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, making drink recommendations, preparing a variety of traditional and creative cocktails, maintaining a clean and inviting bar area, and managing inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Take drink orders from customers
- Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and comply with all state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
- Collect payments and operate the cash register
- Order, maintain, and restock bar supplies and ingredients
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and mopping
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 25 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work weeknights and weekends
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending preferred
- Mixology or hospitality certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items
- Strong customer service and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment
