Job Purpose

The Bartender is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, making suggestions to enhance the guest experience, and managing cash/financial transactions. They must have a strong understanding of food, beverage, and gaming options in the venue. Maintaining a positive and inviting attitude and actively providing hospitality to all guests is essential. Bartenders should also have a working knowledge of the venue’s Beverage Recipe Book and participate in training to understand liquors, beers, wines, and other beverages offered.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience with craft cocktails and familiarity with restaurant hospitality standards are preferred.
