Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team at W.A. Frost & Company, a fine dining and award-winning restaurant. You will be a key member of our front-of-house team, delivering exceptional service and contributing to an extraordinary guest experience in a sophisticated, high-end environment. Key Responsibilities:

Craft and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Provide personalized and attentive service, offering expert recommendations based on guest preferences and menu offerings.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area; ensure all bar equipment is in good working condition and sanitized regularly.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, our curated wine list, craft cocktails, and seasonal drink specials.
Engage guests warmly and professionally, anticipating their needs to ensure a memorable dining experience.
Accurately take drink orders and deliver quick, efficient service while maintaining quality standards.
Collaborate closely with waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and communicate special guest needs or dietary restrictions.
Adhere to all state and local alcohol regulations, including age verification and responsible service practices.
Assist with inventory management, ensuring adequate stock and freshness, and place orders as needed with the Bar Manager.
Contribute to the restaurant’s ambiance by presenting drinks elegantly and appealingly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings.
Expert knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Passion for hospitality and dedication to exceeding guest expectations.
Strong multitasking abilities without compromising service quality.
Valid bartending license or certification (where applicable).
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in award-winning or Michelin-starred restaurants.
Sommelier training or wine certification is a plus.
Knowledge of craft cocktails, local spirits, and mixology trends.
