Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in mixology, attentive to member needs, and committed to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service.
- Take food and beverage orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and club policies.
- Handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience required, preferably in a country club or fine dining setting.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer service.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service.
