Title: Bartender

Location: Flight Club St Louis - Clayton, MO 63105 Position Type: Part Time/Full Time Salary Range: $7.50 - $15.00 Hourly + Tips Department: Front of House Reporting To: Assistant General Manager

Position Purpose: Bartenders provide a high-quality, energetic experience by delivering accurate food and beverage orders while engaging guests with passion and product knowledge. Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service by understanding and responding promptly to guest preferences.
Build rapport through excellent communication and a welcoming attitude.
Accurately process all food, beverage, gaming, and event charges in the POS.
Follow pre-order and pre-batch processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Execute opening and closing procedures thoroughly.
Anticipate guest needs to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.
Maintain positive energy to foster an enjoyable atmosphere for guests and team members.
Train new bartenders to uphold company standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years bartending experience, ideally in high-volume settings.
Current food handler and alcohol certifications, maintained throughout employment.
Ability to pass training exams with 90% or better.
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift over 50 lbs.
Authorized to legally work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay of $7.50 plus tips.
