Title: Beverage Cocktail Server
Reports to: Beverage Supervisor

Job Description: The Beverage Cocktail Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service by taking beverage orders directly from guests and coordinating with bartenders. Maintaining a friendly, energetic, and polite attitude is essential to ensure guests feel valued and enjoy the atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Receive beverage orders directly from guests.
- Place orders to bartenders in the proper sequence.
- Observe all alcohol awareness rules to prevent overconsumption.
- Remain observant and attentive to guest needs at all times.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, personal grooming, and conduct.
- Have knowledge of cocktails, beer, wines, and beverage pricing.
- Keep the assigned section clean.
- Complete all side work, including cleaning and stocking duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Skills Required:
- Excellent guest service experience; friendly and polite demeanor.
- Knowledge of alcohol awareness and responsible service.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Demonstrate excellent job performance.
- Ability to wear the Treasure Bay cocktail uniform.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and be mobile for periods up to four hours.
- Good balance and ability to bend, kneel, and lift bus pans or trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Must possess eye-hand coordination, depth perception, effective verbal communication, strong math, and organizational skills.
