Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our team in Whitefish, MT. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks and specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Must be at least 21 years old and legally allowed to serve alcohol in Montana.
- Strong attention to detail and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
