Title: Bartender

Company Overview: BEAT THE BOMB is an innovative immersive group entertainment company where customers participate in real-life video game experiences. Our flagship Mission includes teams navigating interactive rooms with activities like laser mazes and culminates in facing the World's Largest Paint, Slime, and Foam Bomb. Founded in Brooklyn in 2018, we now operate in multiple cities including Charlotte, where our new 10,000+ sq. ft. location will open in Winter 2024. This venue features our classic Missions, arcade lounges, a full bar with beer, wine, cocktails and signature slushies, a beer garden, and private event spaces.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare all slushie batch recipes, fruit, and juices before the start of shifts
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Set up and break down the bar for service properly
Maintain ice wells throughout the shift
Prepare beverages according to specifications and order tickets
Attend to guests’ beverage and food needs promptly
Support team members and understand all operational elements beyond the bar

TIPS certified with a valid, non-expired card before onboarding
Willing to complete and pass bar training tests

Available to work weekends
Comfortable with physical activity and standing for long periods

Requirements:

Must be TIPS certified
Weekend availability required

Ability to perform physical tasks while standing throughout shifts

Responsibilities: The bartender prepares drinks to specification, maintains bar cleanliness, ensures adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines, delivers excellent guest service, and assists team members for a seamless customer experience.
