Now Hiring: Bartender

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Welcoming customers, listening to their beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking orders
Informing customers about new beverages and specials
Being knowledgeable about all menu items to accurately answer questions, make recommendations, and upsell
Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages
Checking identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
Providing responsible service of alcohol in compliance with local, state, and federal liquor laws and food safety regulations
Taking inventory and ordering supplies to keep the bar and tables well-stocked
Preparing and serving menu items according to Fogo de Chão recipes and guidelines
Managing multiple tables and tasks efficiently, including clearing and cleaning tables
Handling cash and card transactions accurately and balancing the cash register
Educating self and assisting co-workers with basic bar knowledge
Performing all reasonable tasks assigned by management

Physical Demands:

Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
Standing for prolonged periods
High endurance, mental acuity, and ability to manage conflict and high-stress situations
