Job Description
Title: Bartender (Part-Time)
Location: The Pines at Davidson - Davidson, NC 28036
The Pines at Davidson is seeking a part-time Bartender to provide a high-end dining experience for our residents in a clean and upscale environment. As part of our team, you will work under the guidance of the Dining Services Director and Manager to deliver excellent service and timely drink preparation. Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience; bartending experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter dining venues
- Take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
- Prepare and serve beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences, handling requests and issues appropriately
- Participate in all assigned department trainings
