Role Overview: The Bartender is responsible for daily bar operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar in their assigned area. This role requires multitasking abilities to coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams, address customer needs, and maintain a professional environment. The bartender also manages inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools to ensure drink quality and accuracy.

Location and Travel: Position based in Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; or Columbus, OH, with occasional local and out-of-state travel.
