Job Description
Title: Bistro Server Bartender
Position Summary: Our goal is to create a memorable and unique guest experience, with food and drinks as part of that experience. As a Guest Service Expert, you will deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meals. This includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas and supplies. You will help create a professional and safe environment by following company policies and upholding quality standards.
Physical Requirements: You will be on your feet for extended periods and need to move around, including over uneven or slippery surfaces. Tasks include reading the menu, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance, as well as bending, twisting, and stooping as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Less than one year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- No licenses or certifications required
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service by serving food and drinks in a professional manner
- Set tables and maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members
