Job Title: Bartender - East Carolina Athletics
Job Description: Join Aramark as a Bartender and become a master of mixology by serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, take orders, and process cash and credit card transactions
- Mix and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide drinks to servers from the service well, as needed
- Adhere to all alcohol service policies including verifying patrons’ age
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Set up and break down workstations; clean and sanitize equipment
- Take inventory counts and restock products as necessary
- Deliver excellent guest service, anticipate needs, and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues
- Ensure security of company assets
Note: Job duties may change based on client requirements and business needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and current trends
- Ability to obtain all required Aramark and state/local alcohol service certifications
- Strong hospitality skills with comprehensive beverage knowledge
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
