Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our team. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the bar's overall performance, including supervising staff, creating employee schedules, and assigning duties to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with bar and restaurant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Train and manage employees, assigning duties as needed
- Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer complaints tactfully
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels, reorder and restock when necessary
- Cover shifts of absent employees
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous bar experience required
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
