We are looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a Damn Good experience for every guest. Bartenders provide full-service dining, including menu knowledge and cocktail preparation following Torchy’s recipes.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner to create a welcoming environment.
- Mix and serve cocktails maintaining quality and consistency.
- Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Provide prompt and efficient service, accurately handling orders.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, restock supplies, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant bartender.
- Valid state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
- Flexibility to work varied schedules and hours.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk long periods.
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at different heights.
