Title: Part-time Barback (Swing Shift) - Lincoln

Summary: WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking a Part-time Barback for its Lincoln, NE location. This position involves varying swing shifts based on business needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Position Summary: The Barback maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar environment while supporting bartenders to deliver exceptional guest service. This role ensures supplies, inventory, and workstations are operational and comply with health regulations and responsible alcohol service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock and maintain bar areas with supplies, inventory, ice, and service materials.
Assist bartenders by replenishing products and supporting daily operations.
Prepare bar stations, including garnishes, fruit cutting, ice stocking, and waste removal.
Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and delivering supplies.
Sort bottles and cardboard for recycling and proper disposal.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health department regulations.
Report maintenance and equipment issues promptly.
Comply with all policies, internal controls, and legal regulations.
Maintain responsible alcohol service including S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S. training standards.
Deliver outstanding guest and team member service consistently.
Maintain a professional, neat, and clean appearance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience: Required:

Minimum age of 19 years.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to operate mobile devices and touchscreen technology.
Commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Preferred:

Previous customer service experience.
Experience with smartphone and tablet applications.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Requires dexterity, coordination, balance, endurance, concentration, and attention to detail.
Effective communication with guests, team members, and management is essential.

Schedule:

Part-time Swing Shift.
Availability required for weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on business needs.
