Title: Part-time Barback (Swing Shift) - Lincoln
WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking a part-time Barback to support bartenders and maintain bar operations at our Lincoln, NE location. This position offers varying swing shifts based on business needs.

The Barback maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar environment while supporting bartenders in delivering exceptional guest service. This role ensures supplies, inventory, and workstations comply with company standards, health regulations, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
- Stock and maintain bar supplies, inventory, ice, and service materials
- Assist bartenders by replenishing products and supporting daily operations
- Set up bar stations, prepare garnishes, cut fruit, restock ice, and manage waste removal
- Maintain par levels of inventory; assist with ordering, receiving, and delivering supplies
- Sort bottles and cardboard for recycling and proper disposal
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards per health regulations
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Comply with all department policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Maintain responsible alcohol service compliance (S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S. training)
- Provide outstanding guest and team member service
- Maintain a professional, neat, and clean appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum age 19
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to use mobile devices and touchscreen technology
- Commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Previous customer service experience

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and movement throughout the property
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
