Position Summary: As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of beverages to guests and enhancing their overall casino experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
Ensure all drinks are prepared with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on preferences.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and providing correct change.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Properly clean and sanitize glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
Monitor beverage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
Report shortages or discrepancies in inventory to bar management.
Familiarize yourself with the casino's drink menu and promotions, actively promoting specials and new offerings.
Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines, monitor guest behavior, and refuse service to intoxicated individuals.
Verify guests' legal drinking age by checking identification when necessary.
Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and casino policies related to alcohol service and responsible gaming.
Attend all mandatory trainings and maintain up-to-date TEAMS certification and alcohol awareness training.

Position Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems and credit card processing.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in environments with moderate to loud noise, exposure to secondhand smoke, and varied lighting including flashing lights.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire shift.

Compensation: $24-$30 per hour (base wage plus tips). Tips vary by location and may fluctuate.
