**Position Summary:** As a Cocktail Server, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by serving delicious beverages timely and accurately. A warm personality, attention to detail, and anticipation of guest needs are essential to ensuring a memorable cocktail service.

**Pay:** $20 - $25 per hour (base wage plus tips). Tips vary by location and shift.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

Greet guests warmly and professionally to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Take beverage orders accurately, noting preferences and special requests.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the drink menu and recommend selections to guests.
Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and behavior, adhering to responsible service guidelines and notifying management of any concerns.
Verify legal drinking age and follow all casino alcohol policies.
Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure a seamless experience.
Keep your section clean, organized, and free of empty glasses and trash.
Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and casino staff to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings to stay updated on policies.
Participate in promotional events to enhance guest engagement.
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, following cash-handling procedures.

**Position Qualifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.
Basic math skills for cash handling and billing.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS and credit card processing.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements:**

Ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments with possible exposure to secondhand smoke and flashing lights.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout entire shift.
