Salary Range: $20.00 - $40.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable experience
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service
- Upsell and recommend drink specials, menu items, and promotions
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with opening and closing the bar as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience required (full-service preferred)
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail techniques, and bar equipment
- Excellent guest service, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TIPS certification or equivalent is a plus but not required
