Title: Bartender - New Store Opening
Position Description: The Bartender delivers exceptional hospitality by preparing high-quality beverages and providing attentive, professional service in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant. This role requires extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- Provide attentive and professional service to guests
- Maintain knowledge of the drink menu and ingredients
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Alcohol service certification required
- Previous bartending experience preferred, ideally in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and guest service skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
