What You'll Do:
- Bring the island spirit to life by making every guest feel at home
- Maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
- Possess knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Verify proper government-issued identification when alcohol is served, per legal requirements
- Maintain proper stock levels, including inventory control and ordering of perishables and spirits
- Help maintain a clean, safe, professional, and upbeat environment
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing during shifts
- Safely operate equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, and wine keys
- Flexible to scheduled shifts based on business needs
