Job Description: The Cocktail Server will provide professional beverage service to guests, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming environment that promotes customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and timely cocktail service to all guests.
- Promote and accurately record orders for drinks, including "call" and "premium" brands.
- Pass orders to the bartender, garnish drinks properly, and deliver them promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest areas.
- Maintain exceptional knowledge of bar recipes and prepare cocktails, wine, and beer.
- Verify guests' identification to ensure legal age for alcohol purchase.
- Greet guests politely and professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous cocktail service experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have and maintain Alcohol Compliance or TIPS certification.
- Knowledge of casino environment preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work all shifts and weekends.
- Ability to responsibly monitor alcohol consumption for guest safety.
- Ability to tolerate environments with secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
