Job Description
Title: Banquet Bartender (On-Call)
This position is responsible for ensuring each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment. Key duties include greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, assisting guests, and making product suggestions.

Essential Duties and Tasks:
- Greet all guests and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist guests with cash, room, and credit card transactions
- Perform food and drink handling and service duties
- Create and serve beverages for guests
- Answer questions related to all food and beverage (F&B) products
- Perform any other tasks as assigned
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Cash-handling experience preferred
- 2 years of bartending experience preferred
- Banquet experience highly desired
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- ServeSafe Card required
- TIPS Training required
- Other F&B certifications as needed (provided by company)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Superior guest relations skills with the ability to address guest inquiries
- Ability to be trained on cash handling and comfortable using POS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive menu knowledge and the ability to upsell items
- Proficient in English (speaking, writing, and understanding)
- Ability to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment
