Title: TS-Bartender

Compensation:

$11.35 Hourly + tips

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable bar service reflecting Tallow’s signature approachable refinement.
Craft cocktails with consistency and precision, showcasing mastery of classic techniques and recipes.
Guide guests through the curated beverage program, highlighting wine pairings, cocktails, and aperitifs to enhance their dining experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times, upholding all safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with servers and support staff to ensure seamless service and consistent guest satisfaction.
Foster an environment of professionalism, teamwork, and pride to make every guest feel welcomed in Our House.

Qualifications:

Minimum two (2) years of bartending experience in upscale casual or fine dining settings preferred.
Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktail preparation.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Valid Food Handler’s and ATAP Alcohol Seller-Server certifications required.
