Title: Bartender

Primer & The Post is seeking a skilled and dynamic bartender to join our team at Canvas @ Valor Acres. This part-time hourly position does not include benefits.

A typical day includes:

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences
Providing outstanding customer service by greeting, taking orders, and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies
Handling transactions and processing payments accurately
Monitoring customer consumption to prevent overindulgence and promote responsible drinking
Adhering to all health and safety guidelines
Upselling and promoting additional menu items and beverages
Handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns

Requirements:

Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of drink preparation techniques and cocktail recipes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Positive attitude and passion for excellent customer service
Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
Minimum age of 19 years
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Maintaining strong product knowledge and consistency behind the bar
