Job Overview: As a Bartender at Stone Creek - Montgomery, you are responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Your mixology skills, knowledge of drink recipes, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the success and atmosphere of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency.
Greet guests warmly, assist with beverage selection, and provide recommendations.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally.
Maintain deep knowledge of the drink menu, flavor profiles, and industry trends.
Monitor and manage bar inventory, ensuring adequate stock within budget.
Keep the bar area clean and organized, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, maintain cash register, and reconcile sales.
Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and other bartenders to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in training and mentoring junior bartenders or barbacks as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years or older.
Previous bartending experience in an upscale restaurant is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting kegs and cases.
Tolerance for exposure to alcohol and ability to handle stressful situations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
