Position Purpose: Barbacks assist bartenders in delivering a high-quality, memorable guest experience in an energetic atmosphere. Responsibilities include ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and organized to facilitate smooth and efficient service. This role requires multitasking, anticipating bartender needs, and emphasizing product knowledge to elevate the guest experience.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume environment and hold current food handler and alcohol certifications. The role requires the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift over 50 lbs, as well as availability for weekends and holidays.
