Position Purpose: Bartenders deliver a unique, high-quality guest experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. They ensure accurate food and beverage orders, remain attentive throughout service, and play a key role in guest satisfaction. Emphasizing product knowledge and teamwork, bartenders contribute to a fun and positive culture, with personality setting Flight Club apart.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume environment and hold current food handler and alcohol certifications. The role requires the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift over 50 lbs, along with availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
