Job Title: Bartender

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45202 Salary Range: $25.00 - $35.00 hourly plus tips

Responsibilities:

Provide a pleasant and high-quality drinking experience to customers.
Prepare drinks according to recipes and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area.
Attend to the detail and presentation of each order.
Prepare and maintain ingredients following established recipes.
Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, including appropriate labeling and rotation of beverage items.
Manage daily bar inventory, submit supply orders, and assist with receiving deliveries.
Collaborate with the supervisor to develop daily, holiday, and themed drink menus.
Ensure smooth bar operations during the supervisor’s absence.
Complete cleaning duties according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing.
Assist in orienting new employees.
Listen and respond to customer complaints and suggestions professionally.
Train personnel in equipment use and cleaning methods to maintain efficiency.
Participate in quality and productivity improvement programs.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated knowledge and skill operating standard beverage service equipment safely and effectively.
Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
Ability to adapt, make decisions, plan, problem-solve, and work well in a team.
Self-motivated with high energy and multi-tasking abilities.
Experience in developing budgets is a plus.
