As a bartender, you will prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails and food efficiently, maintain a clean and orderly bar, and build positive guest relationships. Your role directly contributes to the restaurant's profitability by adhering to company recipes, controlling costs, and ensuring accurate beverage payment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and present cocktails meeting company quality standards
- Adhere to portion standards to control product costs
- Maintain punctuality and professional appearance according to restaurant standards
- Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness during all shifts
- Provide excellent hospitality by answering guest questions and addressing requests or complaints
- Collaborate with management and coworkers, assisting when needed and offering constructive suggestions
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation regulations
- Know and follow emergency procedures
- Perform duties according to associate handbook standards
