Lounge Bartender | Dublin SpringHill Suites

Responsibilities:

Take orders, prepare, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as light meals to guests efficiently and courteously according to hotel specifications.
Maintain stock, supplies, and cleanliness of the bar and equipment.
Ensure compliance with daily operational procedures of the Food and Beverage Department.
Uphold food and beverage safety and quality standards based on hotel, Shaner, and franchise guidelines.
Maintain safe working conditions and follow departmental operational standards.
Respond to and resolve guest-related issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with the General Manager, Department Managers, Supervisors, and staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in the food and beverage or restaurant industry.
Meet minimum state age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
Strong communication skills with guests, management, and co-workers.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
ServSafe and/or food safety training is a plus.
Alcohol awareness training (e.g., TIPS) required.
Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge of local activities and attractions suitable for guests.
