The Toledo Complex includes the Huntington Center and the Glass City Center, and this role provides operational support across both locations. The Bartender is responsible for providing high-quality customer service during events, ensuring customer satisfaction, accurate transaction accounting, and inventory management.

Work Environment: This position operates throughout the Toledo Complex, including indoor and outdoor areas such as warehouse, dock, storage, kitchen, concessions, and event spaces. The role may involve exposure to varying temperatures and high-volume event settings.
Safety Expectations: Team members must practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete required safety training. They must operate equipment only when authorized, wear personal protective equipment, promptly clean spills, report unsafe conditions, and report all workplace injuries and illnesses the same day.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with experience working in a high-volume bar environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and basic math and cash handling skills are required.
