Title: Bartender

We are looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a great experience for every guest. Bartenders provide full-service dining that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation following Torchy's recipes.

Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Cocktail Preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
Menu Knowledge: Learn the menu to make recommendations that enhance the guest experience.
Service Excellence: Provide prompt and efficient service, handle orders accurately, and ensure guests have what they need.
Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar clean and organized, restock supplies, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service.

Requirements:

Previous bartending experience preferred.
Current state-required alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
Flexible with varied work schedules and hours.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at various heights.
