Title: Bartender

Overview: At Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, we create extraordinary guest experiences through genuine hospitality, handcrafted cocktails, and attentive service. As a Bartender, you will be a key member of our Front of House team, bringing energy, connection, and care to every guest interaction while crafting memorable moments behind the bar.

Responsibilities:

Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails consistently and to Firebirds standards.
Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized hospitality.
Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and Firebar® area.
Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards.

Qualifications:

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
Ability to stand for 8 hours or more and lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to bend, kneel, and maintain a guest-oriented and patient mindset.
Ability to maintain positive working relationships with team members.
Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be at least 18 years old.
