Job Description
We are hiring a Barback to support our restaurant team at Hotel West & Main in Conshohocken. We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Barback to assist both our bartenders and servers in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, quick, and thrives in a high-volume hospitality environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
- Maintaining a clean, organized bar area throughout service
- Assisting bartenders with prep, breakdown, and inventory
- Removing trash, polishing glassware, and ensuring all stations are fully stocked
- Cross-training to support servers with tasks such as running food, clearing tables, restocking server stations, and assisting guests during peak hours
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Weekend and evening availability
- Prior barback or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
