Job Description: As a Barback, you will maintain established bar stock levels by transporting beverages and supplies from walk-in coolers to the bar. You will prepare written requisitions to maintain appropriate stock, ensure supplies such as ice, glassware, and garnishes are available, and keep fresh fruit rotated. Additional duties include cleaning and maintaining all bar areas, restocking kegs, rotating bottled beer, emptying trash, fulfilling beverage orders from guests and staff, preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes, and operating cash registers accurately.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Prior experience in the same or related field preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses or certifications.
