Title: Hotel Bartender - Hilton Garden Inn Kennett Square
Job Location: Kennett Square, PA 19348
Onix Hospitality, with over 20 years of experience, owns and manages eight award-winning hotels in the Mid-Atlantic region and Florida. We operate over 1,000 hotel rooms and serve more than half a million customers annually. We are currently seeking a part-time Bartender to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn - Kennett Square.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using proper portions and ingredients.
- Create classic and innovative drinks according to guests' needs and expectations.
- Operate the computer system, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards behind the bar and in storage areas.
- Assist front desk staff with guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, answering phones, and responding to guest needs.
- Participate in Alcohol Awareness Program training and help ensure all servers are trained.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Food service experience preferred.
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Guest-friendly demeanor with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
