What You'll Do:
- Bring the island spirit to life by making every guest feel at home
- Maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including ingredients, preparation, and presentation
- Demonstrate knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Verify proper government-issued identification when alcohol is ordered, according to state and federal law
- Manage inventory including stock levels, ordering, and control of perishables and spirits
- Help create a clean, safe, professional, and upbeat environment
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for the duration of the shift
- Safely operate equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, and wine keys
- Flexible to work scheduled shifts based on business needs
