Starting salary is $9.73 per hour plus tips. Initial placement within the salary range depends on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
- Clean beverage areas in assigned restaurant and service bar stations.
- Replenish beverage stock and supplies.
- Remove empty bottles and trash.
- Prepare fruit garnishes.
- Receive, issue, and record liquor supplies.
- Serve as bartender backup when necessary.
- Maintain outstanding guest service continuously.
- Ensure consistent attendance.
- Collaborate with servers, hosts, supervisors, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to interpret various instructions (written, oral).
- Must qualify for licensing with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board credentialing requirements.
- Physical ability to walk 40% of the time, stand 15%, bend and lift 45%, and move up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and tolerate a high noise environment.
- Smoking permitted only in designated guest areas; employee areas are non-smoking except designated spots.
