Title: Server - Host - Bartender

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests warmly, managing reservations and waitlists as a Host
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently as a Server
- Craft cocktails, pour wine, and serve beer while maintaining a welcoming bar atmosphere as a Bartender
- Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and upsell food and drink offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, host stand, and bar areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth, timely service
- Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure a positive dining experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail menus is a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- RAMP certification or willingness to obtain (for bartending/serving roles)
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
